Nikocado Avocado, the YouTuber who stunned the internet with his 250-pound weight loss, has unveiled another transformation. In a video to his 4.6 million subscribers, he revealed undergoing multiple procedures to remove over 10 pounds of excess skin, addressing a long-ignored aspect of his dramatic weight loss. Perry admitted he had been strategically hiding loose skin with angles, clothing, and lighting but finally decided to undergo surgery to complete his journey.

Since his weight loss, Perry has scaled back on daily mukbang videos, which once defined his content. His September video, Two Steps Ahead, racked up over 50 million views but also fueled speculation about whether he used plastic surgery, gastric bypass, or weight loss drugs like Ozempic. On Wednesday, he disclosed that he had secretly undergone extensive body lift procedures, describing the recovery as feeling like he had been “sawed in half, spun around, and peeled open like an orange.”

Plastic surgeon Dr. Timothy Katzen noted that skin-tightening procedures have grown in popularity with the rise of Ozempic and similar weight loss medications. However, these surgeries require weeks of limited movement and recovery. For Perry, this was the final step in a journey that captivated millions. Despite a deep fear of medical procedures, he hopes his openness will encourage others facing similar struggles. While he continues creating content, he now limits mukbang videos to only a few times a month and says he has no intention of returning to his previous eating habits.
