Cards Against Humanity has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk’s SpaceX, accusing the company of trespassing on its Texas property and causing damage. The game maker bought the land in 2017 as part of a stunt to block Trump’s border wall and now seeks $15 million in damages for the destruction of natural vegetation and unauthorized use of the land.

The company remains owners of the land bought in 2017 as part of a stunt to block Trump’s border wall.

The lawsuit claims SpaceX used the land for about six months without permission for construction staging, parking, and storing materials near its Starbase operations. Cards Against Humanity stated it rejected SpaceX’s “lowball” offer to buy the land for less than half its value.

If successful, the company plans to distribute any lawsuit proceeds to the 150,000 donors who helped buy the land. SpaceX and Musk have not yet responded to requests for comment.
