FKA Twigs has pulled out of her scheduled Coachella performance due to ongoing visa complications affecting her North American tour. The British singer, whose legal name is Tahliah Barnett, shared the news Sunday, expressing heartbreak over the cancellation. She was slated to perform Friday, the same night Lady Gaga headlines the main stage.

“It pains me to say this because I am so excited to bring you a creation that I have poured my soul into,” she wrote on social media, adding that the cancellation impacts fans who have already made plans and spent money to see the shows.

In addition to Coachella, she’s postponing all her North American dates this month, including a scheduled set at Mexico City’s Axe Ceremonia festival, which canceled its Sunday date. Last week, she also canceled shows in Chicago, New York, and Toronto, explaining that her team failed to submit the correct paperwork on time for their U.S. visas.

FKA Twigs is currently touring the UK and Europe in support of her latest album, Eusexua, released in January. In her Sunday post, she called the tour some of her strongest work and promised to reschedule as quickly as possible. “For headline shows, please refer to your point of purchase for details and refund information,” she added.
