Wactor, a Charleston, South Carolina native, pursued acting from a young age. After attending Rollings Middle School of the Arts, he moved to Hollywood, maintaining contact with his theater instructor. He appeared in 164 episodes of “General Hospital,” as well as “Westworld” and the video game “Call of Duty: Vanguard,” according to IMDb.

Wactor’s death occurred near Crypto Arena, where catalytic converter thefts have surged due to the high value of the metals inside. These thefts peaked in 2022, prompting legislation to curb the sale of stolen converters.

No arrests have been made in connection with Wactor’s death.
