The iconic “Home Alone” house in Winnetka, Illinois, is now for sale at $5.25 million, according to a Zillow listing.

The 9,000-square-foot property, located at 671 Lincoln Ave., was last purchased in 2012 for $1.58 million.

In 2021, the home was briefly listed on Airbnb for a one-night-only stay, allowing fans to relive the movie’s Christmas magic.

Although the interior scenes in “Home Alone” were filmed at New Trier Township High School due to space constraints, the house has been “fully renovated and expanded” in 2018, per NBC Chicago.

The renovations preserved the home’s architectural detail and recognizable spaces. The Georgian brick home includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen with two large islands and double ovens, a three-car garage, a screened-in porch with a fireplace, a basketball court, and a movie theater featuring “Home Alone” memorabilia.
