The first image of Jeremy Allen White as Bruce Springsteen in the biopic “Deliver Me From Nowhere” was unveiled by 20th Century Studios. White, dressed in a classic leather jacket and flannel, embodies “the Boss” for this film, slated for a 2025 release with filming underway in New Jersey.

“Deliver Me From Nowhere,” directed by Scott Cooper and based on Warren Zanes’ 2023 book, will explore the creation of Springsteen’s influential 1982 album “Nebraska.” Cooper expressed excitement, calling the album’s raw depiction of resilience a powerful influence on his work.

The cast includes Jeremy Strong as Springsteen’s mentor Jon Landau, Paul Walter Hauser as guitar tech Mike Batlan, Odessa Young as Springsteen’s love interest, Stephen Graham as his father, and Johnny Cannizzaro as E Street Band member Steve Van Zandt.

White, known for roles in Shameless and The Bear, now takes on the iconic rock legend, bringing his talents to the silver screen.
