Kim Porter’s children have publicly dismissed claims that their late mother wrote a memoir, calling the rumors “simply untrue.” Christian (King) Combs, twins D’Lila and Jessie Combs — her children with Sean “Diddy” Combs — and Quincy Brown, her son with Al B. Sure!, released a statement on social media in response to false reports.

The statement came after the Daily Mail claimed a book titled KIM’S LOST WORDS: A Journey for Justice, From the Other Side had been released, supposedly written by Porter before her death. Her children firmly denied this, saying, “Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue… anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves.”

The book has been circulating in online stores such as Amazon.

They also addressed recent allegations from Quincy Brown, who called for an investigation into Porter’s 2018 death, suggesting foul play related to Combs’ alleged sex trafficking. Porter’s children rejected these theories, stating, “There was no foul play. The cause of her death has long been established.”

The family expressed their sorrow over the public spectacle surrounding their mother’s death, calling for respect and remembrance of Porter as “the beautiful, strong, kind, and loving woman she was.”

Porter passed away in 2018 from lobar pneumonia after experiencing flu-like symptoms at her Toluca Lake, California home.
