Fans of MrBeast were left frustrated after paying nearly $1,000 for a three-day “immersive” Las Vegas event that many say failed to live up to the hype. The experience, held April 13–15 at Resorts World Las Vegas, was promoted as a unique collaboration with the YouTuber, including a hotel stay, exclusive merchandise, a chance at a $10,000 voucher, and a themed on-site activation. But several guests said what they got instead were long waits, lack of communication, and mystery bags filled with clearance items from his online store.

According to KLAS-TV, guests were told to stay in their rooms to await a surprise gift, only to receive items like kids’ shorts and discounted shirts. “I spent two days in my room for a package to come, and it was a box of chocolates,” said attendee Theresa Metta, who expected exclusive merchandise but received clearance items instead.

Travel vloggers Abed Nader and Chris Sawyer shared their disappointment in a YouTube video, criticizing the lack of transparency. The event listing was later removed from the Resorts World website, and complaints began to circulate widely on social media.

MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has not issued a full statement but responded on X, saying, “This definitely isn’t the experience we hoped they’d deliver.” He promised to make it up by inviting affected fans to tour his studio, and his team has begun reaching out.

According to Random Recess, MrBeast’s team said Resorts World would issue full refunds, though neither he nor the hotel provided an official comment by Thursday.
